All sales come with Fruper's 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. As an example, Sacks o Scrap are never accepted for return. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within this warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued through PayPal in the amount of the original purchase price excluding shipping costs. Specific terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied by the original packing slip with an explanation of the defect.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise must be carefully packed for shipping.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivery date or no refund will be given.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
